Isaac and Patty Winkles were top notch as usual and if they are in the business I will never use anyone else. It’s in your best interest to keep him on board at Crye-Leike. Where Isaac goes so does my business. I would like to take this opportunity to leave feedback on the buying agent and only because she is a Crye-Leike agent as well. Leena Jacobs must be the absolute worst agent I have ever worked with. She is unprofessional and is inconsiderate of anyone else’s time. Example: you have 72 hours to accept or counter an offer she waits until the 70th hour to reply to anything. Our transaction could have gone a lot smoother if she hadn’t been so inconsiderate. Because of her lack of consideration of others, she cost her clients money and we were very close to terminating the transaction. There’s more. At closing, Mrs. Jacobs embarrassed Crye-Leike. If it weren’t for my loyalty to Isaac and his Family I would never use your company again after the way she acted, and I would make sure my testimony go out. She can’t count, she talks/text on her phone during a closing, she walked out to make a phone call. She was such a pain in everyone’s back side that they attorney eventually had to tell her to be quiet. It’s so bad that I will refuse any contract brought by her in the future.

Patty and Isaac Winkles have gone above and beyond to find us the perfect home. From the day we found our new home to the day of closing was 20 days! Everything went so smoothly. Even the closing attorney was amazed at how quickly and flawlessly the process went.
